Situation
The client sought technological autonomy: it needed its team to master the platform, its data model and architecture best practices so as not to depend on third parties.
Intervention
A Nyxum partner designed the training around the client's own platform and real cases, not generic examples. As the team consolidated its knowledge, the group itself proposed expanding the scope and sitting for certification.
Result
The staff reached a solid command of the platform and earned several Salesforce certifications that were not contemplated at the start of the project.
