Data, integration and multicloud

Data and integration you can explain.

When every department has different numbers, we organize the data and the integrations between your systems, whether they sit on one cloud, several or in your own data center, and define who decides, who has access and how each decision is documented.

The problem we solve

Systems isolated from each other (CRM, ERP, core systems) spread across clouds and on-premises environments, duplicated data, manual reconciliations and indicators each department calculates differently.

Who it is for

  • Each department calculates indicators its own way.
  • Your systems do not talk to each other and are reconciled by hand.
  • You want to deploy AI and need clear rules first: who decides and who has access.

How we do it

  1. 01

    Diagnose the scope

We review domains, systems and current maturity before committing to a phase.

  2. 02

    Agree on rules and indicators

Quality rules with owners and indicators agreed with management before building dashboards.

  3. 03

    Build in phases

Integrations with clear contracts and alerts someone attends to, and a reference architecture with a decision log.

What you are left with

  • A single flow of information across systems and an executive dashboard whose figures can be explained.
  • A multicloud integration architecture: what lives on each cloud, how they connect and who answers for each connection.
  • Data model, catalog and owners per domain.
  • Access, quality and retention policies your team can apply.
  • A documented architecture and a base ready to grow without redoing the work.

MuleSoft

MuleSoft and ERP or legacy integration

Salesforce and your ERP do not talk to each other, and information is reconciled by hand or through point-to-point integrations.

First deliverable

A map of the data and processes that must flow between systems, with the proposed integration architecture.

What changes the effort

Scope depends on the systems, the available APIs, the data volume and whether MuleSoft or another alternative fits the case.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work with Data Cloud and MuleSoft?

No. We work with Data Cloud and MuleSoft, or with the data warehouse and tools your organization already has.

What does multicloud mean in practice?

Your systems and data live on more than one cloud (for example AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) or combine cloud and on-premises environments. We design how they integrate, who governs each dataset and how to avoid depending on a single vendor.

Why don't you publish an hourly rate?

The effort depends on the domains, the systems, the available APIs and the current maturity. That is why we set a price per phase and do not publish a generic rate that could mislead.

What stays with our team when we finish?

The platform and its data remain yours. We leave the architecture and decisions documented so your team gains autonomy, not dependency.
