1. Use of the site
The site presents Nyxum's services and lets you contact us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, try to access unauthorised systems, or send malicious or misleading content.
2. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logos, images and other content of the site belong to Soluciones Empresariales Leiva & Asociados S.R.L. or are used with permission. Nyxum is a trade name of the company. Salesforce and other brands mentioned belong to their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute the content without written permission.
3. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the information on the site correct and current, but it is general in nature and is not a binding proposal or offer. Scope, timelines and investment are defined in writing in each proposal.
4. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party pages, such as Salesforce Trailhead, where the partners' credentials can be verified. We do not control their content or privacy policies and are not responsible for them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nyxum is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, interruptions or errors in its content. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Costa Rican law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica, unless the law provides otherwise.
